Adobo is one of the most loved Filipino dish and each household takes pride of having the best adobo. It is from the Spanish word “adobar” which means marinade, sauce or seasoning. This dish includes your choice of meat (pork, chicken or combination of both) or seafood, marinated and simmered in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and other spices.
