Home-Made Potato Wedges Recipe

Yesterday, my sister asked me if I can cook potato wedges for her. I have done a couple of potato recipes but I really haven't tried potato wedges yet. I thought of my version of the mojo potato and made some modifications. I think this is very easy and you can also try this.
Potato Wedges
Here's what you will need:
4 pieces medium size potatoes (make sure they're about the same sizes)
1 pack chicken breading
Water for boiling
Cooking oil Freezer bags

Optional:
Crispy bacon bits
Cheez Whiz

First, you would need to wash the potatoes. Puncture each potatoes with a fork so that it will cook evenly.
Place the potatoes inside a pot and add water enough to cover them. Bring it to a boil for 7-10 minutes or just enough until it softens a bit. About half cooked.

Drain the potatoes and slice into wedges. Pat dry with a paper or hand towel.

Place the potato wedges inside a freezer bag and add the chicken breading. Shake the bag until all wedges are covered.

A friend advised me to place the bag with the wedges inside the freezer for a good 10-15 minutes. I really don't know what it does to the potatoes but I did as I was told.
Heat the cooking oil and deep fry the wedges by batches, making sure I don't overcrowd the pan. Cook until golden brown.

You can serve the potato wedges with a dip or you can add Cheez Whiz and crispy bacon bits on top. Enjoy!
