Fried Rice Fiesta Recipe

I had been cooking this fried rice since 2007 and my friends and family loves this so much. I'm not sure if I'm the only person doing this, I just know that I didn't copy it from someone else.☺ I may have taken inspiration from rice in a box meals although they are using different sauces and flavors. I just thought that this recipe is worth sharing.

• 2 pieces medium eggs, beaten
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil
• 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
• 1 piece medium white onion, chopped
• 4-6 pieces of crab sticks, sliced to 4 parts
• 5 tablespoons of frozen mixed vegetables
• 3 tablespoons of margarine garlic flavor
• 2 cups of cooked rice
• 1 pack of Maggi Magic Sarap
• Salt to taste
• Garlic powder (optional)
• Spring onions (optional)

• Cook the beaten eggs on a non-stick pan and set aside. Slice into small strips.

• Add cooking oil and saute garlic, onion and frozen mixed vegetables on one side while frying the crab sticks on the other.
• Add cooked rice and margarine.
• Add Maggi Magic Sarap
• Season with salt and garlic powder
• Place in a serving bowl
• Add egg strips and spring onions on top

You can use more garlic, onion, mixed vegetables or crab sticks. I don't normally measure them and I usually just use whatever is available. You can also use ham, hotdogs, sausages, etc. to replace crab sticks. Crab sticks may be a bit expensive compared to the others mentioned above. I think this recipe have endless possibilities. I'd like you to try this recipe too. Let me know how it turns out. ♥
