Eat My GF - Garlic Fries in Levante Eastwood

Last Friday I saw a very intriguing stall in Levante Eastwood. I thought Eat My GF has a very interesting name. The name has a sexy appeal and I know most people will be thinking of something else too. If you know what I mean. OK. Enough of that! I did some research about Eat My GF and I found out that GF stands for Garlic Fries instead of Girl Friend. I immediately cleared my thoughts and just focused on how awesome their potato chips and fries are. A lot of people might be thinking, why didn't I thought about it first?

I looked over their menu and I wanted to try them all. But since I have been planning on shedding some inches on my belly (which by the way, I constantly delay), trying all of them is something I must not do. So I picked what suits me the most! Virgin Chips! These are freshly sliced potatoes with fresh garlic, Parmesan cheese and parsley!

Twisted Desserts in Eastwood

Last Friday, my friends and I visited Levante in Eastwood. We checked out the different food vendors first and everything look yummy! We already had our dinner so I was just craving for something sweet. I have seen Cakes by K and Twisted Desserts. I checked out Twisted Desserts because I got curious. They have these nice little cups filled with... cake?? I thought it was very interesting!
Twisted Desserts

They're called Dig Deep Cups! There are four flavors: 3K Karrot, Oh-riffic, Mr. Grey and S'Monster! Each of these costs P90-120($2-3). I tried Twisted Desserts' Oh-riffic and oh-my! It was heaven! I really loved it! Paul also had

McDip Crispies McDo Desserts

I have recently seen a photo on the McDonald's Facebook page with the newest Sundae McDip variants. I immediately asked my friends to check the nearest Mcdonald's stores in Eastwood to try out these new desserts. Unfortunately, these are only available only in Dessert Centers. :(

Levante Eastwood

Last May 17, 2013, Levante Market was launched in Eastwood City. It was organized by the Mercato Centrale Group who has brought us a lot of food night markets around the Metro. A lot of aspiring entrepreneurs and regular Mercato food vendors come together to Levante Eastwood  to showcase their specialties and gain more exposure. Many businesses like Manang’s Chicken, Mochiko and Chuck’s Grubberie has started from food night markets.

Estrel's Caramel Cakes

The first time I ordered a cake from Estrel's Caramel Cakes was in April of 2012. I just wanted to give something to Paul at that time and I thought a cake from Estrel's would be perfect! I have visited their website and read it's history, checked the price list, menu and details on how I can order. ☺

Fried Rice Fiesta Recipe

I had been cooking this fried rice since 2007 and my friends and family loves this so much. I'm not sure if I'm the only person doing this, I just know that I didn't copy it from someone else.☺ I may have taken inspiration from rice in a box meals although they are using different sauces and flavors. I just thought that this recipe is worth sharing.

Kanto Freestyle Breakfast

Kanto Freestyle Breakfast is not a place like IHOP or Slappy cakes. I think this place is more appealing to the Filipino taste with its carinderia style serving awesome breakfast food.

Kanto Freestyle is slowly making its way to becoming famous since it has already been featured in many TV

Tok-yu Sushi Bar & Restaurant

After we have casted our votes in Makati City last May 13, my family and I decided to have our lunch in Tok-yu. We also thought that this would also be our late mother's day celebration for my sister. ♥

My dad used to work in Mandaluyong City and their office is just near Pioneer Centre. He said he always visited Tok-yu and he loves eating there. The first time he took me and Paul there in December 2012, we waited for about 30 minutes before we were given a table. I think a lot of people really loves to go there. But since it was election day, Tok-yu in Pioneer Centre in Pasig City was almost empty. Yay!

The place just looks simple, nothing fancy but the food is great! The price for their meals ranges from P100 - P200 ($2.50-$5.00) which is very reasonable and serving size is something you wouldn't complain about.
