Banapple's Turning 10!

For Banapple’s 10th anniversary, they are bringing us back to 2007 when it all started! We can enjoy their all-time favorites, Banoffee Pie and Apple Caramel Crumble Pie, at their 2007 prices. This will happen all day on March 31, 2017 in all their branches with no purchase required. I just hope the line won’t be as long as J.Co’s 5th anniversary promo.

Adobo Recipe

Adobo is one of the most loved Filipino dish and each household takes pride of having the best adobo. It is from the Spanish word “adobar” which means marinade, sauce or seasoning. This dish includes your choice of meat (pork, chicken or combination of both) or seafood, marinated and simmered in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and other spices. We all have different recipes and techniques in cooking adobo. Some people like it dry and some people prefers it saucy. But however you want your adobo, I know you won’t get tired of having this dish on your table.

Chocolate Revel Bars Recipe

It’s been a while since I last spent time baking. Well, work has really kept my hands full and I have devoted most of my free time to my family, friends and Paul, doing regular house chores (laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc.), and of course spending time with my ever-demanding Alfie. I can’t remember what got me in the mood to bake again, but I sure did miss it. This time I’m making Chocolate Revel Bars.

Snow Panda - SM Angono

This year’s summer started early and it’s really hot around this time of the month. I bet our electricity bill will be soaring high again! Lol! And when I’m on my way home from work, I normally take longer routes just to pass through some malls! So, how do you cool down this summer? Some people might turn on the AC and stay indoors, some goes to the beach and for some (most) people like me we eat ice cream, halo-halo or anything cold!
